Since I can’t leave a comment under Timothy Hall’s one-star review, I have to make one of my own. I WORK HERE and what Timothy said is NOT TRUE. Any tips that we get in our tip jar are distributed between us employees as is the case for most restaurants and added to our paycheck. I don’t know where he got the idea that we don’t make tips from, but it is actually harmful to us workers if people think that we don’t actually get our tips. We work really hard for these by trying to provide the best customer service as possible and if someone feels less inclined to leave a tip because of this review then it’s serving the exact opposite purpose of what he’s trying to accomplish.
The staff today is very unprofessional and unfriendly. I have been in line for a long time, and he just ignored me and started asking the next customer. He touched the outside of the glass panel advertising the list while wearing gloves to hold my food. The store has always refused customers to put their hands over the glass screen which is nice but this guy has no consideration for food hygiene.
The company steals all employee tips. Would not recommend supporting a sick business like this.
Poke bowl was pretty good. Not a lot though, and it was pretty pricey.
Great quality, great service. Every time I go here, the staff is so nice to not only myself, but people ordering for the first time that may be confused. It is a bit pricy, but with how good the food is, it is definitely worth it.
The bowls are actually pretty good but the amount of food you get in them isn’t enough to justify the price. I’ve gone multiple times and each time I order the same bowl i get different amounts of food. The portions are constantly inconsistent.

Pretty good, the rice is a bit harder than what I personally prefer. Bowl gets very pricey if you customize it.
I love going to this place best restaurant ever. For a small place it has great food. They have never gotten my order wrong. I especially like the employee Jakob.
Very good service!!! delicious food! I always order beef bowl and it is soooo tasty! Really thankful for free white tea! Tuesday in store purchase over $15, free tea! Don't forget to ask for one on Tuesday if you order over 15 in store!
