Kim & Terri-Lynn are the best ladies to deal with here! They made our purchase so easy! They are extremely welcoming, gave us great opinions & helped us as much as they possibly could! They were even able to go above & beyond for us & got our things delivered in the same day! The customer service here is fantastic, an easy 10/10! I have been dealing with this particular branch of Easy Home for over 4 years now.. They have made every purchase and transaction run smoothly for me. Most times even having my purchases delivered on the same day! The workers at Easy Home here in Stephenville always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied! I have dealt with Kim for the majority of my transactions but have also dealt Terri-Lynn and the other staff members as well and everyone at the branch is great overall! I continue to make purchases as the customer service is phenomenal and the furniture is 5 star!
Amazing service from this location!! Myself and my boyfriend were looking for a coffee table and end tables. Kim went out of her way to go to warehouse to get us a set that was returned from a previous customer. We left with a beautiful set coffee and end tables! Kim was excellent to us!!! Will be returning in the future.
I really like to thank your staff at the Stephenville branch, such wonderful people who goes out of their way to help me and I’m sure others. Kim is the most I deal with and she is the best by far and your store is very lucky to have her. I also like to thank the drivers who deliever my furniture from time to time to PAb, Donovan and Derek they bring my furniture in safely as if it was their own and put it all together and make sure when they leave, I’m happy. The team at store 930 in Stephenville are awesome! Friendly service at all times I recently got a new sectional ,coffee ,end tables & lamps that I've been wanting for a long time. Donavon & Derrick were so friendly when they brought our new sectional to our new home. Plus they went above & beyond with their delivery service. I would definitely recommend store 930! Wonderful service. Staff is friendly and helpful. The manager, Kim, is extremely helpful and a lovely person to deal with. Courtney also went above and beyond to get things done as quickly as possible. Have dealt with the store twice and am very pleased with their customer service.
