Customer service was great until money exchanged hands. They don't start deliveries till noon. They don't deliver to Hamilton on Tuesdays and they don't deliver at all on Wednesday's they only deliver to 5 pm. So I rescheduled my delivery to Tuesday got a call at noon saying the driver would probably be stuck in traffic and not make it today. Then at 420 that the driver was stuck in traffic and they won't be able to deliver till Thursday.

I would never buy from easy home again the people that work there don't know what there doing had to wait almost 17 weeks just to get what I asked for and they call a week before your payment is due and we'll keep calling you like you don't know when your payment is due when they have never had a problem with your payment never again well I ever get anything from easy home again
