I refinanced my loan against my better judgement. For the second time from the branch I was forced to get the “optional insurance”. I dealt with Maryam who insisted that was the only way to do the loan and refused to do it without. Upon contacting the head office they confirmed the insurance was in fact optional and I should not have been forced to take it. Te representive said they would connect me to the branch and have the insurance removed. I was transferred to another person who told me the branch manager was the only person who could reverse it and he would call me. Now two days later I still haven’t heard back and I’m wasting more time on the phone to try and get this fixed. This will be my last loan with easy financial there are far easier fonosniebto deal with with much better service.

HORRIBLE and unprofessional, contracts and fee's aren't too bad (considering low credit scores are applying) but the people are horrendous. They try to trick you, guilt trip you and talk to you as if you are obtuse. I obtained a small loan through my bank instead, talk to them, they might be able to help.

Extremely annoying. Calling me every day to increase a lond i told them a billion times i do not want increased. Thank god I am almost done paying it off. Never again.
