My phone fell out of my pocket in the back seat. Gave them a quick call and the driver returned it to my drop off point 5 minutes later. Happy to recommend these guys

The most reliable cab company so far based from my experience. They were never late whenever I call them. Plus, the drivers are very friendly every time you ride. I would definitely recommend this company if you live here in Leduc.

i pre-booked one day to go to work, and they were 40 minutes late. i booked them to come 10 minutes earlier than i normally leave in case they were a little late, but nope, i had to emergency call a friend to pick me up (let me just say that they were out of town) and they came before the taxi did. even when i called them back the few times i was told my driver would be there soon each time (called three times within the 40 mins). finally called and complained and they didn’t seem to care that i was late nor that the driver was late. terrible customer service, i will be sharing this story and i will never be using easy ride ever again.

Worst experience ive ever had!!! Literally waited over an hour for a cab and they gave us an excuse that they never got the address right the first time. Took a callback number but never called us back. Only waited until we called back to see why its been so long. Dont ever take this taxi
