Rates are reasonable compared to it's competitors. Beds are queen sized, and in separate rooms. It appeared as through the rooms were not cleaned, as there was a layer of dust everywhere. The kitchen cupboards were damaged and needed repairs

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The only good things about this place are the location and the wifi. I hired a room for my family, paid for 3 nights, but they went to a hotel for the 3rd night. The place was filthy, smelled like stale dirty socks, faulty electrical, disgusting bathtub, towels were nasty, beds hard as the floor, and a wasp nest in the walls. They were woken up by noisy guests upstairs and the locks didn't work. The property manager, Stanley, is an old, smelly Chinaman that accused my family members of being partiers and drug addicts. I don't know what kind of guests frequent this place but my family members are over 30, working professionals and were appalled by the deplorable state of the property. Definitely will not stay there again!!!

What a bad experience! We made arrangements with Stanley to stay for 3 nights.We are a family of professionals, 5 adults and one 7 year old. When we arrived, Stanley was very rude, asked us if we did drugs and partied... Then told us that we were too many, this after the place was paid in full and he said 2 of us had to leave. The place was filthy... We didn't dare to touch anything. The bathroom was too dirty to even think about showering there. The 2 towells were small, old, and stained. No facecloths provided. The kitchen was disgusting. There was no coffee maker, let alone coffee. There was a wasp nest out of the bedroom window... The bedsheets didn't look clean and the mattresses were rock hard... The place smelled very stale. We feel we have been conned. We could not cook or wash in this filth, so we left on the second day. As we were leaving, Stanley yelled to leave the key on the table, never asked why we left early, and of course didn't reemburse us for the night we are not spending there! This place is grossly overpriced. It is a real hole. To top it all it was noisy all night! I wish I could give this one -0 star! We would never stay there again, not even for free! What a rip-off this place is! No class whatsoever and badly filthy. Stanley is very rude! As I left I just shooked my head when he looked in my direcvion...We never had been treated with such flagrant disrespect at any other place.

Good facilities. Easily accessible to the bus loop and sky train . 200 metres from metropolis shopping mall

I live next door and theres always music blaring and people generally just being very loud. Not to mention people using drugs on their balconies. This goes on until very late in the night. I wouldn't suggest staying here unless you're ok with not sleeping.
