Over a year after our purchase of a $70 000 fifth wheel they still can’t make the radio/dvd work. Extremely slow service. Never an answer to when it will be fixed. Then it is booked in finally and sits there for over a month and nobody looks at it. They say their staff quits all the time and too short staffed to keep up. They are completely unable to do warranty work or service.
Great service and selection. Friendly staff who are willing to help you find what’s best suited for you and your budget. Service Dept is excellent also. Would def buy again from here.
The service staff went above and beyond to help us with a leaking hose that was located above our slide out control panel. Not only did they see us right away, they fixed two leaking hoses and moved the control panel to a safer position under our sink. Quality service and quality repair. Huge thank you to Steph and Tammy for getting us back on the road again. Highly recommend Timmins RV!
After 30 years of working in parks and knowing hundreds of trailer owners , I have no problem saying Timmins RV top gun with all dealers and public opinion . Mike , Terry , Tammy a dream to deal with and to get to know !!
So far Been there a few times. Staff are very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Above and beyond good service. Prices are decent.

Used their tank dumping site.. convenient and clean! Water was available to help clean the tanks out for the end of the season! It's a pay on your honor set up and we'll worth it for the ease.
