Good location and awesome staff. They were very clear with the customers about where wait time and what foods were out of order. We got the meat platter and the best items on it were the pulled pork the beef brisket followed but the baby back ribs and then the beef ribs. The ribs were a bit cold and the beef ones smelled a bit funny and tasted a bit like the cooler. But I still rate the place a 4 as they service was good and out of all the dishes one rib was off is still decent. The beer on draft was on point chilled glasses and everything.
Came in here for the first time with an open mind! Our server was great but unfortunately the food was EXTREMELY disappointing. I ordered a salmon dish and it was completely raw and the sides look poorly prepared. They need to hire a new cook and also put some work into food presentation. Definitely will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend coming here.
Very clean and nice inside, great atmosphere! The waitress was very accommodating and nice and we didn’t have to wait on her to come around for a refill or to get dipping sauce like most places! The food was good and came out very fast and was nice and hot! Will definitely be eating here again and recommending it!
After seeing some bad reviews in a local klamath falls grp on Facebook, i took a chance and brought a bunch of coworkers from Arkansas into the restaurant for lunch. It was quiet as it was after 1:00pm. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed there meals. The server was very attentive and checked on us regularly throughout the visit. Great experience!!
We had dinner and it was really disappointing. We started with a blooming onion that was more overcooked dough than onion. My steak was cooked as requested, the steamed vegetables were so soggy they fell apart, and the side salad was ok. Cornbread was cold. They ran out of sweet tea, which was just unsweetened tea with syrup at the bottom of the glass. We had to wait 10 minutes for refills while the waitress went everywhere but to get refills. When she came back, she asked if we needed some desert. She had to go get our refills she forgot yet again and couldn't remember we hadn't received our dinner yet. She then told us how long of a weekend it was and how understaffed they were. They had 3 servers to 5 tables of customers. It was really poor all around and we won't be back.
God Lord Almighty! This place is fantastic! After a very disappointing venture to an Irish pub that was neither Irish nor a pub we were pretty hesitant about other places around. I'm so glad we tried this place! Fantastic service like above and beyond great service all the way around! Excellent food, clean facilities! 5/5 do recommend!
Phone ordered from this place and specifically ordered Beef ribs, got home and discovered I had been given pork ribs. I do not like pork anything. Called and Eastons argued with me that I ordered pork. I was told I would be given beef ribs and they would deliver them. I then waited 2 hrs and placed a phone call and was told by Eastons Manager that they were not a delivery service. Needless to say that will be my last trip to this establishment. I guess to them customer service is not their priority and the manager is too much of a coward to communicate their intentions. Buyer beware, check your orders for accuracy when picking it up.
Best steak in Oregon, quite possibly the best steak I've ever had!!! Cowboy cut ribeye 16 oz I highly recommend! The staff is awesome!!
Sorry to say the pulled pork was dry jerky, veggies were mushy, the corn bread was cold. Ordered a pound of pork left it for the trash. I hope they figure out how to cook with accurate temperatures with timers to get it where its good or they're in trouble.
Service was spectacular, super clean and tidy little spot. The bar and patio were especially nice. Wings and vegis were great that I ordered. Nice clean place, looks good compared to a lot of the run down spots in town.
