My kids have gone here for years and they really enjoy it. All the instructors are kind and helpful. We started the toddler and parent class with Lisa. This was when the love for gymnastic started. They are now in the young recreational class. I highly recommend it! :

Best place for adult gymnastics for anyone living uptown. They offer classes by semester four semesters a year and the class sizes are relatively small. Everyone works at their own level but the conditioning at the beginning can be challenging, particularly if you're new to gymnastics.

Amazing lessons I learn everything very well and there are amazing lessons.

My 3 year old daughter goes here for her gym class. We are impressed by what a well oiled machine it is. Lots of staff. Lots of equipment. Lots of happy kids and parents.

We had a birthday party there for 20 kids plus adults. Staff is friendly. Kids had a blast. There were 3 dedicated trainers to guide them. You can sit outside the gym in window room and observe your kids playing. Enough parking outside. Highly recommend.
