Amazing experience! I had a dental emergency while on vacation in London. They were able to see me the same morning my hotel called for an appointment. Staff is amazing, especially Latasha at the front desk. She was very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond and even helped me to set up my Bolt App when I wasn't able to get an Uber ride! Such an amazing, wonderful young lady! I highly recommend this dental office!
Joanna Selby has been my dentist now for a few years. She has been very understanding thorough and honest. She has got me though some difficult times but Joanna is an excellent dentist and a lovely person. She is an asset to the practise and would recommend anyone to sign up with her.
Very nice and professional people from receptionist through hygienist to dentist. My son visit them since his first tooth and love to go there on regular basis. Although they are busy and sometimes you have to wait for your appointment it's really worth it. I will definitely recommend them to every parent.
My dental hygienist was great! I heard about this dentist from family members who already attend and who really liked the service provided. The dental hygienist who treated me was very accommodating, warm, reassuring, made me feel comfortable and gave me really good advice and cleaned my teeth really well. The staff at reception were also really friendly and accommodating. I would definitely reccomend this dentist to family and friends.
The best dentist I’ve been to in my life. Very reassuring, informative and positive. My hygiene clean was done with precision and such care I left feeling amazing. Practice is spotless and staff are welcoming and friendly! Latasha && Nzinga was wicked!! You could also see other customers happy aswell. Would recommend highly this dental practice. 5 star treatment!!!
Originally I had a booking on the 21 Sep 2022 at 9am which was booked via the staff Sasha, she was very clear about explaining the price and other enquiries. Sasha was very helpful and I’m very happy with her service. However, due to unexpected personal reasons, I am not able to attend the appointment and had called in to cancel it on the 16 Sep morning. I requested on cancellation and was told the appointment was being cancelled. But the staff had no mentioned of the fact that client has to propose to ask for deposit back for cancelled appointments I saw £50 deposit was taken away from my bank account so decided to make another call. In my second call, the staff told me it is client’s responsibilities to ask for deposit back. This policy is rather to be considered as unfair and it was bad practice for the receptionist in the first call to not mention about the return of deposit, as a client, I would expect the deposit will be automatically refund back to my ac, given the fact I had given more than 48 hours notice to cancel the appointment. Therefore, pls ensure your staff are aware it is good practice for them to mention the deposit return. Originally I had very good experience with you guys and was planning to take my family here for dental care. However, this will no longer be the case as I felt like the clinic is trying to deceive consumers and with the intention to not tell us the return of deposit so they can keep the £50 deposit. I was truly disappointed about the handling of the deposit return - if I didn’t make my second phone call, I wouldn’t even get my deposit back as the liabilities fall on me to request it and I still have not received my deposit back as receptionist says it will take up to three days to refund. Thank you and I hope you will improve on this matter
Excellent staff, perfect for local residents in East village. I went in for a private check up, Dr. Gayatri was patient, detail oriented and talked through all my concerns. She also cleaned my teeth and I left with a perfect smile. If you are considering a dentist and unsure about which one to choose, go for Dr. Pattar. She is efficient at her job, and will take care of your needs.
Dr Fiez is professional, dedicated, and has your best dental needs at heart. I have had allot of treatment, my teeth are healthier and stronger since being his patient. Gold standard service.
I had an amazing time at the Dentist, i wouldn’t normally write a review, but the treatment i had from booking to the Hygienist treatment was very professional. I haven’t had a check up in a few years and i’ve already booked in my 2nd appointment. Nzinga the Hygienist was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on whitening my teeth that i never knew about. My whole brushing routine has changed thanks to her. I will make sure i don’t leave it this long again to visit. I’d highly recommend this team, as they all were fantastic. J
I have THE WORST dental anxiety ever and going in to see Nzinga - the dental hygienist was an absolute blessing. She was incredibly patient with me, talked me through everything she was doing, and sat with me afterwards to discuss tips to take home, and my future treatment. As someone who absolutely hates being in the dental chair, I would recommend her a million times over and already have to a few friends. I truly can’t express how understood and calm I felt when leaving compared to when I got in. I’d give 6 stars if I could and wish all medical professionals were this kind and patient.
