Great Park for hiking terrain of all types. Kids, pets and more seasoned hikers will enjoy the network of trails. A path follows the water, with beautiful views across to the Olympic mountains and access to the ocean. The parking is free and in the open, but as always thieves work these types of places so be mindful (I've never experienced issues personally here).

This park is full of every hiking trail imaginable. Easy to challenging and everything in between. Great for families pf all ages or a hiker who wants a challenge. Ocean vistas or inner forests. All within 45 minutes of Victoria. Awesome.

Love East Sooke Park! Excellent trails for all levels of hikers from very beginner to more advanced. The 10km Coast Trail is an amazing day hike, took us 5.5 hours including stops, has the most beautiful views, and isn't crowded. Highly recommend for a day hike, a quick hike, or even just for a couple hour outing to the ocean!

Beautiful coastal trail. The park had a nice beach and is great place to go with family and friends for a picnic or just to chill.

A park of natural beauty a few minutes outside the town of Sooke. Favoured by families, hikes, and dogs. Trails wind along open spaces, through the woods, down to the beach, and along the coast. There are picnic tables available but they are not abundant.
