It was our first visit to east side Mario and we liked the service as the servers were great and quick. We ordered one pepperoni pizza and a carbonara pasta which comes with one side which has unlimited refills, you won’t be able to finish it as the serving sizes are quite generous. The pasta was great but the pizza was too greasy and was no where near a Italian styled pizza. Definitely some scope of improving around the pizza menu.

Such a great dining experience here at ESM! Our server was amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and high energy! The new robot assistant is pretty cool! It delivers food right to your table for almost touch-less service. The value for the prices here is unbeatable. All you can eat soup/ salad and bread! I recommend the big as your head chicken parmigiana. It is so good!!

The food was good. I loved their signature entree and dessert. It was the tomato chicken and pasta and caramel brownie. 4 stars for now because I couldn't handle the salty Italian wedding soup. The waiter was very jolly and courteous. Next time, I will eat a bit more next time.

It was filling and thrilling. Food, fun and famiglia is what they are all about. Went for my daughter's birthday. She really enjoyed the Greenco robot that served our food and sang happy birthday to her. Our waitress was amazing and friendly. Plenty of parking.Food: 5/5

We stopped going here a few years ago as the food went downhill FAST. Kids really wanted to visit this place again and we were pleasantly surprised of the NEW MANAGEMENT. The FOOD IS TASTY AGAIN - we tried and liked Lasagna, BYO pasta, bacon carbonara, soups, salads. Service is also good. Overall, glad we came back after a 2-year break.

The ultimate family friendly spot. Big menu change but still strong $ value to take the whole family and not break the bank.  This location is now using cute robots to deliver some food and sing happy birthday which the kids loved   Had the calamari, still so tender and perfect.  Great night out for families and those looking for warmth, value, cozy comfort food.

Appetizers and entreés came in a timely fashion, host and servers were active in tending to customer's needs. Quality of food and pricing is great. Will come againFood: 5/5

We stopped in for lunch. I wasn't in the mood for pasta or a pizza, so I chose to have the burger on the menu. I was disappointed with the fact that they serve a burger but don't have mustard in the restaurant to go on it. The burger was delicious even though they burned the bun a little bit. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her pasta. The waitress was excellent and apologized a number of times for the lack of mustard. We will definitely be back, but i think I'll stick to the pasta or pizza next time..

I visited this place on weekend Sunday. Even though it was busy the management was very good. Nobody had to wait for table's or servings. It's preferable to book your table online ahead of your visit or you can also call them and book your table. I really liked there service , staff is polite and helpful and they got robot server as well which is very cute. We ordered tomato soup that comes with all you can eat garlic loaf which is delicious and mouth watering. I ordered penne pasta with there classic tomato sauce, baked Cheese and vegetables. The taste was authentic and delightful & properly Cooked. It was a very wonderful experience. If anyone is craving for italian food this is the best place to dine in.
