We had an incredible lunch at East Side Mario’s! The food was great, but the service truly stole the show. A huge shout-out to our server, Greg P., who was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make our son feel like a 'grown-up' instead of just a little kid. Our son hasn't stopped talking about him since we left! It’s rare to find someone who takes that kind of care with younger guests. We will definitely be back!
Edited:nThe management team reached out and rectified the situation.nnPros:n-The staff is friendlyn-The washrooms were cleann-We sat outside, they have a nice patio with larger patio sets and regular bistro style seats.n-Kids meal was enjoyed and the fun drink was deliciousn-Water tasted good nConsn-salads were over dressedn-We waited at least 40 minutes from the time we got our salad until we received our food.nWhen the food was brought to us we were never able to refill our salad and bread our plates were just taken away.n- I had gluten free pasta and it was very over cooked. There wasn't a lot of sauce on the pasta. Not a lot of flavor.n-Other dinners didn't taste greatn-food wasn't very warmn-Another gluten free pasta had chicken but it looked processed. Not enough sauce and pasta was over cooked. Not a lot of chicken in the meal.nnOverall stopped here last minute wouldn't go back. Maybe the pizza is a better option. Kids meal was great.
Service by Kim excellent and manager on hand at all times in dining room ! Chicken Parm and salad was excellent and the Chef really held the kitchen together as all food came out hot n fresh and he was in totols command of the kitchen !!
Our waitress Gina was amazing, she was so friendly, happy and welcoming! The food was delicious, she brought over all of our drinks and food in a timely manner, checked in multiple times throughout our dinner & always made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back and hope to have her as our waitress in the future!!
Had a great experience at East Side Mario’s in Kingston. I ordered a Caesar, a garden salad, and chicken fingers with fries—everything was fresh, tasty, and exactly what I was craving. The Caesar was well made, the salad crisp, and the chicken fingers were hot and perfectly cooked.nnAshley was our server and she was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome without being overbearing. She checked in at the right times and kept everything moving smoothly.nnSolid food, good drinks, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back.
