Anna was an amazing server! She was so friendly, attentive, and made our whole experience even better. She checked in at the perfect times, had a great attitude, and made us feel really welcomed. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service. I would definitely come back and ask for Anna again!
Absolute excellent service from Asif. He was a pleasant server throughout dinner. Fast, friendly, and totally committed to quick and accurate service with total energy. Next level of experience. Other chains should come and experience what service really should be from Asif. Unseen anywhere else. Absolute joy to be a patron of Asif. Photo has Asif zooming by as I mentioned! His teammates weren’t far behind either! A great evening dinner experience at this Aurora East Side Mario!nnMarch 14 - Came once more for Pi Day 2026 and same great service but this time from Aditi! She took care of us from start to finish. Awesome hustle to serve us the best she can in a time tight dinner hour environment! From these experiences, I can say quality service is a standard at this restaurant! Really come try yourselves!
Our family LOVES East Side Marios! I've been going here since I was a child, and now it's my son's favourite place to go for lunch or dinner.nnRecently, we celebrated my son's birthday here and they all had a great time.nnThe atmosphere is great for all ages, excellent value, great quality food. We order takeout as well quite a bit, and the food is just as great as it is in-house.nnAn Aurora staple that has provided excellent food, service, and value for many years.
We had a small work lunch here and I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. It was my first time, but the food was good but a bit salty for me, the service was friendly and attentive, and overall I would come back! The unlimited salad and soup are a nice touch. The bread could be better, feels pre-packaged and frozen.nnPrice is reasonable considering portion sizes and AYCE nature.nnI had the Monday AYCE special and was super full after 2 plates. The second plate comes as a half size, which is nice.
