Good service. Food was not bad. Big portion sizes so that's nice. "Daily vegetables" looked like they came from a can. I had the chicken cordon bleu and it was good but definately not handmade though at the restaurant lol. The other 3 people with me had burgers or hot hamburgers. They said they were ok, had a peppery aftertaste, the bun was a lot. The fries are good when fresh but dont let them get too cold. Overall not bad. You cant expect town/small city restaurants to be super high quality.

This little restaurant was just amazing. The size makes it cute and comfortable. And the place was very clean. The service was friendly, fast and efficient. The menu lacking in size had great choices for all customers. The pricing was reasonable and the food was to die for. Especially the Spaghetti and meatballs which I ordered. At first you think the meal they give you is small but, oh boy, your taste buds will melt with how delicious it is. The soup for a starter was delicious and a decent sized bowl. The beverages glass size is surprisingly much bigger then what you usually get from restaurants. I loved it and will go back anytime I make a drive here. I strongly recommend this place.
We went in for lunch. I ordered the lasagna and my wife ordered the taco salad. Her meal had absolutely no seasoning and no flavour other than the salsa that she tossed in. My lasagna was extremely reminiscent of Chef Boyardee, as my picture will attest to. When I talked to our waitress, her body language told us that she really wasn't interested in hearing what we had to say.
Upon arrival there was no one else in the restaurant. With that in mind, it was questionable as to why most of the tables were not wiped down?. Food was decent, portions were large and the service was good.
Beef dip was excellent bun was so fresh it was to die for, steak special was top notch the only draw back was it was a touch over cooked but not anything to complain about. We'll be back.
Really liked the lunch buffet years ago. Sadly, they didn't have it the last few times we went there so we just head to other places in town like tacotime, humptys or mcdonalds.
Cheapest breakfast in town everyday but Sunday. Large brunch on Sunday. Always good, friendly staff. Great food.
The beef dip was to die for. We will be coming back for that. The service in the lodge was awesome..
