Had delivery a couple times and was great! Did a pick up order this time. Girl said it would be 35 min to be ready. No problem, I assumed they were busy. Show up 35-40 min after we ordered and the 2 employees were just standing around chit chatting and our order had obviously been sitting there for a while. Not even under a heat lamp it was sitting on the oven. Not to mention the bread was in a gfs takeout box. Talk about cheap. Clearly whoever owns this location needs to step it up and keep their employees in line. Being cheap doesn’t get you anywhere. Will not be ordering from this location again. 10/10 would not recommend. Garbage.
Having a hard time picking something to eat, today I wanted a BLT. Have gotten them here before and it was great. HOWEVER, very bad this time. It was cold, more lettuce then anything. Had to wait when we got there but everything was cold when we got home. Ordered pizza and wings too, everything was cold. Took 5 calls to get someone to answer the phone. Won't ever go there again. Thanks for ruining my appetite. Got me for $43.
80 mins after I placed my order and was told an hour, I called and spoke to the mgr on duty, was told she held the driver so the driver could take additional orders. My order showed up 10 mins later lukewarm and wrong. When I called back to speak to the mgr about it,she offered no apology for the issues and only after i lead her to the statement did she offer to remake the pizza but told me i would have to come get it and she would take half off the messed up pizza. Last time ordering from this location! Doesn't live up to East of Chicago standards of quality or professionalism.
Don’t even let me get started. 1st time taco pizza no black olives + jalepenos tasted great loved the man who made it just overall a great experience. 2nd time same thing had black olives no jalapeños, the staffing at that time was not the best at all, rude and just seemed flustered. 3rd time you guessed it, same thing made correctly, and tasted okay not as good as the first time and the staff still had a snobby attitude.
This cooper foster location has some serious problems one of which is incompetence. I placed my order, about 90 mins later i called and was told the driver just left. The driver calls me from the store and said he was here and no one came to the door he then verified my apt number and i said no, thats not it 7 floors higher. He took everything back to the store he couldn't call me because he forgot his phone. I told him to cancel it, i definitely wasn't going to wait any longer. At night they won't answer their phone.
Good American sub, good and hot cheese pan pizza, but no extra cheese I paid for...love the flavor of the pan pizza, just no cheese....you guys are so damn skimpy on cheese anyways and then someone orders extra cheese and that means the normal amount...why do you think I ordered extra cheese? And, then I don't get it, but paid you for it...horrible PB&J pizza.....was so hot, peanut butter and jelly all melted off pizza....you need to figure out a new way East of Chicago...I keep giving you a chance once in awhile, but always disappointed....think I will stick to Yala's.
The Lorain/Amherst location has disgusting chicken! I'm not even picky but when I bought my favorite buffalo chicken salad I couldn't even eat it because the "chicken" was so nasty! Wasted my money and lunch time, so disappointed. Still so hungry, sucks. I will only go to the Elyria location.
Every time I call they don't pick up the phone or they put me on hold for 12 min. I finally got tired and hung up. The time before that i got out to get my food and the door was locked so i banged on the window untill some one came and unlocked the door. One other time before, 2 people got out of a car and came in to get my order.
Worst place to order. Took them over 70 minutes for Our order. They gave me one free pizza but my complete order should of been free for the extra 40 plus minute wait.
Just ordered a sub spicy steak with double meat. An it barely has meat ? It's all bread lettuce an tomato. I'm so disappointed!! 20$ for two subs! What a waste!
