East Hill Dental

I had to wait 3 months for my first appointment. I haven't been to a dentist in several years. I wanted a cleaning and a check up on a broken wisdom tooth. I requested antibiotics and was simply ignored. The dentist himself was cold and did not address me at all. They would not do even a normal cleaning because they stated I needed 4 separate deep cleanings. Essentially they did nothing. I was seen else where a week later and they took great care of me. I would not recommend this office.

The receptionist was very helpful and fast in getting me into the office as soon as possible. But as soon as I went back for my cleaning, my hygienist was very rude and simply ignored me wincing in pain. The doctor came back and was very sarcastic and not professional at all. I was uncomfortable and left in a lot of pain.

My hygienist, Beth, was so nice and amazing. She did my cleaning. Very gentle, pleasant, and informative. Dr. Bonaparte was good, too. Dianne the receptionist is also nice. I recommend this place.
