Small spot with overall good beers. Had the porter, red ale, and wheat. Wheat had some strange tastes to it but the other two were good. Main floor seating is limited but there is more upstairs. Food is bring your own but there are a handful of excellent carry out places within walking distance.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, bartender & peanuts with the complimentary ‘nut sack’. 
IPA was great. 
The Pale had somewhat of a phenolic taste.

We hiked to Chapel Falls and then hit up East Channel to regain our strength. Virgil was strumming the guitar and the high quality beer was flowing. Strongly recommended.

Brown ale was good. IPA was solid as well. Would come in again for sure.

The beer there needs help unfortunatly. I'd love to give this place a 5 star for service but their product is sub par. Didn't order food so I can't taste the food.
