We decided to use Skip the Dishes today and there was only 1 salad option available for customers (warm kale salad), not even so much as a Caesar salad. So I called Earls just to see if the Santa Fe Salad was available to order off the Skip the Dishes website. I was passed to a manager. She said "I see it on my end, its listed there, I'm looking right at it" I assured her that it was not available on my end, and that I too was looking at it (I made sure to tell her that I was the option for the Santa Fe WRAP...but not the Salad). She said to try a different browser....I tried 3. She then said that I should contact Skip the Dishes to see why it's not available. I contacted Skip the Dishes and they told me that the menu options come straight from Earls and that it was not an option and that she would contact the store to see why. I am kind of annoyed that this manager told me it was my issue to take care of and she didn't offer to look into it for me (the customer) Very poor customer service.

Mock Chicken The food presentation and flavour was above average. The chicken breast meat was unfortunately processed chicken meat. Although friendly service, there were no complimentary refills on the drinks.

One of my most favorite places to eat. Food and drinks are awsome. Staff is always so friendly

Fantastic food, service, and environment. They have a nice little patio that is available during the warmer days. There are times when your order is not taken correctly, however, they will always fix it for you. There are some great deals during happy hour as well.
