Service and food USED TO BE horrible, however there has been a significant change!! Let's start with the food. The food is great and comes out hot every time. It is also prepared in a very timely fashion. I just had the 8oz steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus last night and the steak was so tender and flavorful. I have also had a couple of the burgers here and they are fantastic too. My wife favors the chicken sandwich which never disappoints. The three cheese spinach dip is one of their amazing appetizers. From a service point of view, I have nothing bad to say. I have had absolutely fantastic service and this is one of the locations where I have tipped the highest in my life. If you go, ask for Tamara or Georgia. Both of these servers are very friendly and attentive and will make your dining experience one that will have you coming back again and again. I have also had the opportunity on several occasions to chat with management and I am very happy with the changes to this location. 5 star every time. P.S. kid friendly. You can also ask for coloring pages for the kids and they will bring crayons and coloring pages for them.

The worst of service and definitely not what Earls built there business on. When the manager offered to make another pizza for me I declined the quality of this was so bad! My companions meal also was late and of poor quality. Wings yukk it was like they were boiled not crispy at all! Why he never offered to comp the pizza I have no idea! If Earls continues with this they will be closing more locations other than 72nd and Scott Road!

Place was nice. But the signature blackened sirloin steak that I order was horrible, it was so chewy just like rubber, complained to waitress and was told manager will come to talk to me but he never showed so I just paid and left. Will never do back again. What a waste of $26.

Went tonight to a regular spot that I always go to for lunch, dinner, drinks and desserts. Was greeted by a host who wasn't excited to say the least. Asked for lounge seats and was given a restaurant seat where the server didn't wanna help us as she couldnt handle a 5 persons drink order. Then asked to be moved to the lounge where the service got worse and had a angry waitress. Asked for the bill and left to go to a superb restaurant where the service was great and with a nice Xmas smile. #earlsyourlosing

Ordered plain wings and got salt and pepper. Got it wrong twice third time got it right. When time came to pay they said it was on the house the entire meal. They won me over. Great recovery. Thanks Earls
