Great customer service but the food is bland. We ordered Chicken curry so I can understand they can't match a Punjabi/Indian restaurant but the things that they're trying to match or surpass like the rest of the food are so bland, no spice. Taste is very subjective and some people might like their cooking style but it wasn't for us. Dessert Creme Brulee was pretty good. In my honest opinion Cactus tastes better and has way bigger portions.
The food was good and the staffs were nice and friendly. However, the only thing is that we me and my friend waited for 10 minutes to be seated and there were a lot of empty tables for 4 or more during the whole time that we were eating, and we be seated at a table that was right next to a big post, and because my friend is a bit chubby so I'm the person who have to squeeze into the seat. If they can get their customer a better seat and maybe consider more about customer experience rather than keeping empty big tables for big groups, that will be great.
We had a nice Sunday family lunch here. Their Poke Bowl is always a nice treat and my son's Steak Frite and my husband's sirloin Steak were very tender. I was especially happy with the server who asked for food allergies even before we mentioned it. My son actually has a food allergy. Thanks for checking with the kitchen for this matter.
We were here tonight and ordered 2 steaks, wings and a dessert. Amazing food, amazing service. There was a mixup with our steaks but the server and manager quickly resolved the issue and went above and beyond in making our experience fantastic. Great customer service! Kudos to the manager she did a wonderful job!
Came here a couple weeks ago and enjoyed our dinner. Great friendly service and delicious food! We ordered Street Corn & Avocado Dip, Chicken Clubhouse, Truffle Tortellini, Crispy Tofu Sushi Tacos, Ribeye & Truffle Butter, Caramelized Vanilla Cheesecake and Tropical Creme Brûlée.
Had an amazing evening at Earls for my friends birthday, our server Amy was incredible she helped us so much with recommendations and made our night so special. She was so funny, enthusiastic and attentive. Truly an amazing server, one of the best that I have ever had at any establishment, amazing customer connections. I will definitely be asking for her every time I return. Made our night so fun!!
I love this location! All servers and bartenders so kind and nice! I got sangria recommendations from bartender and it was really perfect sangria! I really love it Also got chocolates pudding for dessert, this was really tasty! Need to order this again next!
Excellent food, great ambience! Haven’t been to Earls in many years and loved all the changes to the decor and the menu. This was a test location so we had plenty to choose from. My partner had the peppercorn steak and thought it was great! I had a bite and the sauce in particular was delicious, the mashed potatoes were flavourful. I had the truffle and steak tortellini. It was alright, a little bland and not as truffley-tasting as I expected. The portion of tortellini was on the smaller side but it was enough for me. I had the 3oz of steak option. I also had the rosé sangria which was tasty! I had never been to this location but enjoyed the lounge feel. Although the dining room was incredible loud. Strolled on I to earls grill n bar in Port Coquitlam, I had Aleksandra as my server assistant and Lauren as my server. Both did an incredible job, gave us great service as well as served us great food. Will be back soon!
