Eric was great! He was patient and jovial. The happy hour menu tasted great and was well portioned. The bar had a nice vibe although when the hockey game started it became a bit loud. Would recommend going during non sports times if you are there for work or girl time.Food: 5/5
Booked a dinner date with my fiance. Service at the front was awesome. Waitress was awesome. Food was awesome and the ambiance was really good. Would highly recommend. Spinach dip is super good and is always good everytime I've ordered it. The dynamite rolls are also really good. Probably one of the best I've ever had honestly. Would go again.

We had dinner at this place on New Year's Eve. The establishment was jam packed, however, we were seated within a few minutes of our arrival. The hostess was polite and quick in getting us to our table. The server, Kaleb, was knowledgeable with his recommendations and suggestions. Given the rush, the service was fast and on point. We ordered Spinach + Three Cheese dip, Chili Chicken + Wonton, Ceasar's Salad, Oysters, and Chicken, Brie, and Fig Sandwich/Burger with Trufgle fries. And for the drinks, we had the Sparkling Yuzu Lemonade, Wine, Mimosa, and Remedy. The Good: Spinach dip, Chili Chicken, Ceasar's Salad, Oysters, Mimosa, and Yuzu Lemonade. The Bad: Chicken Fig Sandwich/Burger and Wine The sandwich was too sweet for my liking, would have liked some tartness and saltiness flavor to counter the sweetness of figs, the chicken was dry and had little seasoning The Ugly: Truffle fries and Remedy the fries tasted really bad. They were not crisp, and we served cold. The Remedy drink was overpowered with powdered turmeric flavor and even after requesting for low on ice, the drink was full of ice. The flavors in the drink were not properly balanced. The quantity of food served has decreased significantly. The quality of a few food and drink items has also dropped. The place was clean and the ambience was on par for Earls standard. This restaurant will get 3.5 stars out 5.
Was here last night for a birthday party of 12. Service was amazing. Our server was great! Didn't get her name and the dinning room manager was as well! Food was awesome and on our table in no time at all. Thanks for a great evening
The service was good. 3 of our 4 meals were very good. The chicken Caesar salad had nice chicken but the lettuce was somewhat wilted. Prices have risen quite a lot which is understandable. But the tip suggestions starting at 18% is rude.
I had ordered the filet medium rare and it came out well done. Within 2 seconds literally Chloe had noticed this and whisked it back to the kitchen despite me saying it was fine. I was very impressed with the level of care and customer service. They also took the appetizer off of the bill due to the very minor inconvenience.Once again, I was willing to eat the overdone steak, but Chloe had to make sure It was cooked perfectly. Very happy with the experience. I will certainly be going back!
I’m giving 5 stars specifically just for the hostess named Kara or Cara. They welcomed my bf and I with excellent customer service, sat us at a table and told us a lot of helpful information, even told us where the washrooms were located. I noticed they were doing the same with all the other tables and was making sure to wash the windows and do lots of tasks. I hope management acknowledges their hard work as I don’t find it as common. The food was alright and I was a bit puzzled when the waitress told us the drink we ordered was $6 but the bill charged $7.50 and when I asked why, they said “oh sorry I guess it was more” and then walked away without saying goodbye but not that big of a deal as we only came became of happy hour. They do have good vegan options that are worth checking out during happy hour. Vegetarian options: Vegan options worth on Happy hour.
My wife and I just got earls for the first time in a year or two and we ordered what we used to get. Not sure if it was an off night in the kitchen or what but the food was not even close too their old standard. Couldn’t even finish our meals. If I knew what I was getting I would have gone to the Wendy’s up the street and saved myself $70. Consider other options if considering a night out.
I’ve been to a few Earls restaurants, and I gotta say the service I was provided with yesterday February 7th, 2023 was above and beyond. Of course, the food was great, as it usually is, but what made it an enjoyable visit was our server, Kyla. It didn’t feel like she was “just doing her job” it actually seemed like she really wanted to help in whatever way possible and genuinely cared about her work. Anyone who goes to this location and is helped by Kyla won’t be disappointed.
