Had a great 30 minute trail ride with some lovely leaders. Male owner is very nice. Elderly woman at counter was quite rude and told us we were late for our 3:00pm trail ride when we arrived at 2:57pm we were after calling 15 mins prior and were told it was okay to show up by 3:15pm the latest and that we could not go because they had already left. This was in fact not true. The 2:30pm group arrived shortly and we went for our 3:00pm trail at 3:20pm. Very poor customer service and attitude from this lady. 5 stars for the trail ride and the kind gentleman. 2 stars for the elderly woman at the front counter.
Incredibly polite and easy going staff, and beautiful horses! Would definitely spend time there again. One thing of note is that they're cash only which isn't mentioned anywhere on their website or social media.
Great ride. Horses are well taken care of. The guides were very friendly and horses are well trained! Thank you for the great experience!
