We purchased our home with this water system already installed. We are now finding ourselves in a situation where we need to re-purchase absolutely everything from a local company. Eagle is NON-EXISTENT. Impossible to get them on the line, sketchy sales practice, very very very bad company. None of the companies around here want to deal with their products so its impossible to get your things services, because you need to contact an Eagle representative. Good luck, they don't exist. When i did get a reply, i got 5 different phone numbers to call, none of which actually answered any of my calls. So honestly i dont recommand anything from them. 1 star is actually too much for them, if i could put 0 i would. I feel sorry for the previous homeowners who got scammed in this 20k system that isn't worth a dime after it's installed.
Don't ever purchase this system or deal with this company. The water softener doesn't even work and everytime they send a "technician" out to service, they don't even fix the problem. I had them come in to service and on the same day took the same sample to the city to rest, and the results were no where near close to being drinkable. Also paying 15k for this bull system was definitely not worth it. Give it lezz then 0 starts would be better
I can see from the reviews that im not the only one with this issue! My husband and I bought our home a year ago. The system was already installed and the previous buyers had already changed filters and UV bulbs. It's time to change everything again and eagle is no where to be seen or heard. We've called twice to book appointments and both times have been told we will call you back tomorrow to set up an appointment We live on a well so getting this changed is important Not sure why they need 24 hours to make an appointment but we never heard from them. On the second call I asked what this would all cost and my jaw nearly hit the floor, and to hear it had to be done once a year is brutal. In the mean time I've call water dept and Culligan and both arewanting to come help within a week and cost about 25% less. They will get my service this time around and moving for. Good job eagle at managing own equipment.
They don't return calls. The service engineer would not work on it as it's was in a 5ft crawl space and asked us to have it moved to the garage so he could fix it...at our cost! They installed it in the crawl space they should have known . Very disappointed.
This company is a scam. The bos is condescending, the "professional installer" flooded my kitchen, their salesman lied, and they blew me off until after the return period and then outright refused any refund or removal. Do not deal with this company. Find a reputable company in your area. My lawyer said it would cost more to take them to court than it was worth.
My family and I have been with this company since 2015 and we were receiving decent services for a bit. We had a monthly service that we pay to have free filter changes and services and they would answer their phone calls and respond when we need help. Things started to get worse when we noticed black beads developing in our system. No matter how much of the water salt we got from home Depot, the black beads will not go away. We called them to fix this and they couldn't help. For the past 3 years, I tried calling the Hamilton office, since this is the place that sold it to us. They WONT answer the phone or email. I've been paying for nothing the past 3 years. No service, no help, no one coming in consulting. I honestly contacted the Better Business Bureau and even THEY said this is NOT a legitimate business! This is a scam! Do NOT get this service! I will honestly sue these people of I can get a hold of them! Also, they offer a HEPA filter service and I honestly am not happy with it . Avoid this 'company' at all costs!
** THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM ** My elderly friend was charged $15,000 plus interest for a sand filter and a UV light, this set up can be purchased for around $750 from any water treatment company. - Zero stars is not option here. Any positive revues are obviously from the corrupt owner and there colleagues.
If you want to buy a $15000.00 water treatment system then have to pay almost $600.00 every year after to get your filters and light changed and have the most horrible service ever, they are the company to buy from. They are a family owned business so your complaints don't get to acknowledged very well. We are almost on the verge of getting lawyers involved at this point. I DO NOT recommend this company, run away fast!. Shame on you Eagle Water Treatment System!!!
I purchased the water treatment equipment but trying to get someone to answer a simple question like where do you get the filters once they need changing is almost impossible. Used the contact us button on the website no response in over 2 months and then sent a message using Facebook messenger Jul 26th got a I will have them call you as it is after hours and still no phone call. Terrible customer service and no actual store in the city I live in to call.
If there was a rating of less than 1 I would have given it. You talked my senior sister into a system that she didn't need, is very overpriced and the service nonexistent. The first installed tank had to be moved because it was so awkwardly situated you could hardly put salt into it. There is so much product liquid detergent, bar soap, dishwasher detergent, bath gel and on and on that is included with the purchase and not required that it would be too much for one person to use in a lifetime and there was no choice about this. When Eagle phoned to do the annual replacement of the filtersfor which you are charged and found the brine tank empty they said they would get salt and come back. They have not been heard from since. I believe if you really do your homework this company is very overpriced for their services. By the time my sister told us she were past the cancellation date. There was an article written and reported in the Ottawa Citizen of another scamming by Eagle Water Treatment Systems. Shame on you.
