just received my skip order from them. you would think a breakfast place would make proper french toast and not just eggs fried onto bread. won't be returning to this place again

This local independent family owned and operated restaurant is a gem. Their food was absolutely delicious! We were too excited about our meals to take photos of our entrees - we just jumped in. But we did get photos of our appetizer and dessert! I highly recommend everything on their menu, but especially their Eggs Benedict, Steak Tacos, and triple chocolate brownie!
Ordered on skip this morning for my family, eggs were over cooked, portions small and bacon was deep fried, could taste fryer grease. On a positive note hollandaise tasted delicious even tho consistency was lumpy and not smooth. Also pictures on skip are deceiving and breakfast does not come with fruit garnish and toast did not arrived buttered. Very disappointing after paying 75$ for 3 breakfast orders.
This used to be our favourite place to order breakfast once or twice a month. The last few months it has gone so down hill! Around when they switched their delivery packaging that now leaves everything soggy. At least one of our orders has been wrong the last few times. Todays it was paid extra for blueberry pancakes only to get no blueberries and the thinnest excuse for pancakes I’ve ever had with burnt eggs and the potatoes were half raw. I guess it’s time to find a new breakfast spot
Slow service but I believe they're understaffed or at least they were the day I was there. Had the breakfast burger it was pretty good. Overcooked egg scrambler on a bun basically. Could use some sort of sauce. All in all it's above the bar.
They make egg bread and call it french toast. No cinnamon, no brown sugar, probable no milk, just a layer of fried eggs with some wet bread. When asked for crispy bacon, it is still very undercooked. For a breakfast place, youd figure they would know how make french toast properly. Absolute waste of money and will not be ordering from here again.
Food was delicious but a little overpriced for what it is. Nice, quiet, and very clean. Staff was super friendly and dealt with our one concern quickly. I hope to see it get busier as it’s one of the only breakfast spots in town!
The food was delicious and delightful, it was nice to see the chef taking pride in her work and kindly let me know that I was about to make a mistake on how I was going to eat my dish and offered her advice on how to traditionally eat it and boy am I glad she did. The food was perfect proportions and the staff very friendly. I asked to see the menu for pictures and she told me there are a couple of grammatical errors but if you give them a over look you will be pleased by the food and service. I recommend eating here especially if you are interested in the butter chicken dish. Ps: new menu are on the way
Today I decided to support local businesses and went to this place for the first time, had pistachio salmon full meal and it's the healthiest meal in town. Staff is also very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this place not just for breakfast but for other meals as well
