Driver in trailer EFS53944 Cut off me and my family of 5 at 21:15 onroute in a snowstorm from Montreal to Toronto Dec23rd. We were already beside him and he signaled and started cutting into my lane and I had to slam on my breaks as hard as I could so he didn't crush us.
Don't trust any good reviews you see here. I tried being professional and reached out to their accounting team but noone answers your calls. They lack professionalism, customer service and basic business etiquettes. Will make you beg and plead for your own salary/pay that you earned. This company has absolutely no respect for their drivers; harasses them mentally and withholds pays for months for no absolute reason.nInstead of calling them and getting harassed, please report them and file your complaints to the labour court. I request all the employees that have been wronged by this company, please file your complaints, bring them to the center stage so such businesses and companies be held responsible and dealt with legally.
We have been working with EFS from last 4 years and we have never had an issue with them. They are very punctual and honour of their way to accomodate you at last minute if possible. Their staff is very courteous and respectful especially Manager Mr Raj,dispatcher KP Dhindsa, Ramandeep jandiala if i say anything about accounting department Arsh is helpful.Over all i give 5 stars to the company.
This company was making a delivery down a road adjacent from my property. While leaving, the driver decided to come over my driveway and into my yard. He couldn’t get out and had to call a tow company to pull him out. I have spoke with this company a couple different times and they said they are not responsible because it had been raining. Terrible!!
