They were excellent to deal with. My daughter’s favorite panda night lamp bulb burned out. It turns out it used a specialized European type bulb. They had a bulb but a higher wattage, and put a dimmer on it to meet my needs. My daughter is happy. Thanks very much e&l for your expertise.

Following multiple requests to order a new shade for my light fixture, my requests have been ignored. I have been told multiple times it will be in the following month, when I call to follow up there is never a record of my request.

Had many lights purchased upgraded for a new home as the home builder deals with E&L. A few light bulbs were screwed on so tight that I had to break off the bulbs to get them off. Quality is standard, not great.

Very helpful staff, and really nice selection of lights. They have a small showroom but you will be overwhelmed with the environment you get from the staff my kids loved it too.
