Shitiest service ever. Ordered from skip and had to call the resteraunt to get them to go confirm the order as they forgot about skip orders. Called skip and they could not even get anything straight with the restaraunt. Could not get a refund on food, then it shows up hours latter ice cold. driver calls to get help to find a simple address. Poor Poor service, food was just as bad, no spoon for the soup, pooor poor quality and service, this is a thumbs down and a first
I enjoy a lot of their meals. They give big portions. BBQ pork is delicious. Before Covid the buffet was tremendous. Older building and could definitely use an upgrade and maybe not the best area of town but its my go to for Asian Cuisine.
Went in between 1-2 on a weekday, the buffet food was barely warm and most of the lights in the place were off. Staff were friendly but almost too friendly; a man, possibly the owner or manager, came to our table and began a casual conversation with my lunch companion that lasted for a few minutes Talking about the weather and whatnot. A few days later a friend of mine not knowing I had been told me not to eat here because she had order delivery and everyone that ate got sick.
Good place to have a diner and affordable. Customer service is good.
Possibly bad time of day to be there - just after lunch and we had the place to ourselves. Still found a few vegan options but only a few. Our carnivorous friends enjoyed their healthy buffet portions as well. Price is reasonable plus good parking off Tranquille.
We've been coming here for years. Always great food, fast delivery. Its important to support small businesses during this pandemic. Five stars to the friendly staff and delivery drivers.
Horrible service, horrible food. Order 1 1/2 hours late. Screwed up order, didn't get what I ordered, which was 2 items. Unbelievable.
Ordered on Skip the Dishes on a night where the weather wasn't the greatest and they were handling their own delivery so we understood going into it that the order would take longer than 45 minutes but what we didn't anticipate was the complete lack of communication we saw. When we called after an hour and a half and the Skip app telling us the order has arrived the staff had no clue of our order and told us they'd call us back after they looked. Another 40 minutes pass so we call again because we haven't heard anything and they tell us they'll call us back. A third call and a total of an hour and a half since the first call and we still haven't received our order. The final call they told us 30 minutes and the order would be here; that was not even remotely close. We called a final time and it seemed like the food wasn't even cooked yet because they kept asking if we wanted to cancel it or not because they're in the middle of cooking it. They lied multiple times throughout the evening about the whereabouts of our order and the utter lack of communication. It was 10:45 p.m. before we saw our food. We ordered at 5:57 p.m. The first snowfall of the season warrants a slightly longer delivery time, but not a nearly 5 hour wait.
Great food, great prices super nice staff. I work near by and go here once or twice a week. Only gone for their take out lunch but its a decent sized take out container and they PACK them. Would recommend this place!
Got takeout and the 2 good things I can say is that they gave enough food and the price was reasonable. The rest of the story wasn't so good. Terrible flavour and quality. I ended up throwing out most of the food.
