Did not tow my vehicle to where I asked. Then lied about what he was told by myself a police officer and paramedic. Very incompetant company. It took hours to find my vehicle. Had to threaten to call police. He said he left it where i wanted it. But it was found somewhere else. Will never allow this company to tow my vehicle again

Called this company today since my starter died on me at lunch. Told me they would be here (downtown Moncton) in 35 min, I waited an hour and called back, they said someone was on their way. I then waited another hour outside for no one to show up and called back again, then the guy on the phone apologized and said he would be there in 10 min and the tow would be free for making me wait. So of course I said great, sure. Stupidly I waited another hour (3 hours at this point) outside and they still never showed up. By the end of it I finally called another towing company that showed up in 10 min and paid for it. Unless you want to get the run around and be left out in the cold, I wouldn't suggest this company.

Great customer service, fast, efficient, and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone !!!!!!!!

Called for a lockout on a holiday in the evening and they were there in less than 10 minutes. Answered the phone on the first couple rings so didn't have to call numerous numbers or companies. Driver was courteous, fast, no damage to our vehicle and had us back inside in minutes. Doesn't get any better than this. Very appreciated.
