not willing to help people who need simple blood tests because we came at 6:35. website says until 7 but they said they already shut down everything and didn’t want to have to open anything back up. pretty disappointing when we’re the only ones there and the website says there is only a 2 min wait so we drive 30 min there but because of some traffic making us 5 min late they tell us to try again the next day. just save your time and go to a different location, maybe they will have staff who aren’t condescending and understand the situation
The woman who works the front checkin is incredibly rude not only to me but as I sat waiting to every other client who entered. As the first point of contact and someone who sees every person that walks through the door you’d think they’d be a person who liked people. This has been my experience both times I’ve been there this year.nThe bathrooms are so dirty for a medical lab!nThe people who draw my blood have been lovely and efficient.
Can someone explain to me why I had to wait over 30 minutes for a urine sample ? I asked for the bottle so I could take it home. The young lady with the long eyelashes told me I had to wait. I have never had to wait 39 minutes for a urine sample. I could just grab a bottle and pee or go home and bring it back. This lady at the front was rude.
The staff are great at accommodating a walk in.nThe medical team can pride themselves and are excellent at drawing blood, no Hematoma’s!!nI very seldom have to wait longer than 20 minutes for my turn walk in or previous scheduled appointment.
The lady who's working at the front desk seems not happy on what she's doing. You can see it on her face, from the first day and second day of our visit she never smile!nThe rest of the staff was very nice and friendly and the person who draw blood.
