Highly recommend using save my place. you can go out and about till you time to arrive so convenient and less wasted time.nI watched many walkins getting mad at the staff because they have been waiting for some time. if you are a walk in, expect to be waiting. stop with the loud sighing or taking it out on staff. use save my place or make an appointment.nFront desk efficient, pleasant. watching the techs as I waited was fascinating how they all flow. Tech I had was very knowledgeable, she sensed my fear of needles. explained what she’s doing and checking to see how i was feeling which eased my anxiety, never felt a thing, every efficient. highly recommend this lab
I love to save my place and it's so easy to book appointments online. The staff are always busy, but very efficient in getting people through to carry on their day.
Great experience every time as good as having lab work done that is. Staff has always been wonderful. It is a busy place so I do suggest booking an appointment.
Worse place to come. I was mis informed by receptionist who said an hour wait. She did not say it might be more than an hour. How horrible to lie to people who are sick. Do not believe what the front desk reception says. It’s actually 3 hours for walk in. I would not have waited that long had she been honest as l was very sick. Next time l will go to Edmonton.
I'm on a respirator. I was waiting a long time. My machine went dead. I waited 5 more min then went to receptionist and said my machine died and I need to get in. They still had me wait for 15 min.
