I took my son here for bloodwork. He is 3, and has autism. The staff were very friendly and the visit went smoothly. However, after contacting his doctor for the results, the doctor shared that they had never been sent over. I contacted customer service as I couldn’t get through to the clinic directly by phone and they shared that they no longer do the test we came to the clinic for, and that his blood had been disposed of. Although the clinic staff were great, it was a difficult appointment for myself and my son, as he has limited understanding and is so young. I couldn’t believe that they too his blood and seemingly weren’t aware they couldn’t do the test, or that nobody contacted me to let me know the test hadn’t been done. We have to find another clinic and draw blood all over again. Very disappointed.
I had such a pleasant experience here! Percy was very gentle and I did not experience any pain at all during my blood test process. Very lovely lady and helped calm me down. Will be returning whenever needed :
A week ago I had a good experience with all the staff but Tanya gave me the best blood drawing experience lots of care.nI didn't feel the needle at all and she easily found my vein which has always been a problem for most nurses.nThanks so much Tanya. Please keep it up.
I've called 10x today and they won't answer the phone!!! The app I HAD TO PAY FOR still hadn't uploaded my tests results from last week, lifelabs is NEVER this neglectful. Save yourself time, effort and money ...go to life labsnnUpdate...after it rang for 7 minutes, they told me to get my doctor to call and they can't give me results and hung up
Great experience. I recently had a blood test completed by percy. She was very much understanding, caring and made sure i am okay.
