Went in at about 10:45 am this morning, greeted by lovely staff working the front desk. All my questions and concerns were answered and everyone was really helpful and friendly! I waited about 25 ish minutes which is an amazing wait time for this time of day. Staff did everything to help as many people as possible and just wonderful work ethic! Kori was absolutely amazing! I hope that’s the doctors name I’m bad at reading handwriting she did about 6 blood work tests on me and I couldn’t feel a thing, her hand was super gentle and just couldn’t say more about this staff! Have been coming here for a few months now and as a young woman who’s new to the solo life they make the process much easier to navigate!
My son and I both had bloodwork done at this location a couple of weeks ago. My son is uneasy around blood and needed some extra care and attention. The worker who dealt with both of us was so professional, never making my son feel embarrassed. I am very grateful for that. Very efficient service and quick progression from check in to leaving. Thank you!
professional service and great staff. Everyone seemed friendly and the wait times were not very long due to their efficiency. Very clean location as well. Would highly recommend getting your blood work done here!
Horrible service. Closed weekend and only open past 4 on Wednesdays. Drove from Lake Country to have tests done. Arrived at 3:50 and was told they likely could not process me as the cut off was 4. After they fumbled around for an additional 5 minutes I was told they had to call a cut off. Come back tomorrow was not an option. Nothing to do with healthcare happening here!
Went in today around 10 am… waited in a line to check in, but that was not unexpected. The lady checking me in immediately lifted my spirits with her sincere welcome, and made me feel very welcome. After an hour wait, which I was advised of… I was called into the exam room.nnMuch to my surprise, the nurse was Maude, who checked me in. She was so nice, friendly and kind… I was completely at ease!nnShe is an outstanding employee and a real asset to this facility! Highly recommended!
