You ask for assistance, and they will give the the vaguest answer you can imagine, which means you have to continue contacting them until you get what you need. Arrogance and apathy is all i really received from this lame company. Will avoid them at all cost.

300% increase in user lic. fees for Esi Law. Why? "Because they are now a publicly traded company" to quote a company representative.
