Just recently had our roof redone. The crew led by Michael did an outstanding job. The weather was not very cooperative but they did a great job working around it and keeping us informed of when they would be at our house. Kudos to Demetrius and all the staff at Dwight's Roofing. We had issues with the previous BP shingles that were purchased through Home Depot (NOT installed by Dwight's). Demetrius was more than helpful to navigate with the shysters at BP to help us get a settlement. ALL of the staff (including office and on-site) were extremely professional and did a wonderful job for us. We would definitely recommend Dwight's Roofing to family and friends. We sought out a few quotes from local shingling businesses. I had received a recommendation from a relative on one company, and their quote was reasonable, and their customer service had been well appreciated. However, Dwight's estimate was much more detailed, a good price, and recommended by a neighbor. We decided to go with Dwights. They were able to fit in our roof in a very timely manner. Samples were dropped off for us to make a choice of colours, and samples then picked up. On roofing day, the Dwights team showed up around 8:00 AM, and was basically done by 4:30 PM. Fast, efficient, very professional. I was up on the roof shortly after to repair a downspout and saw first hand the incredible job they had done. They let us know if we had any concerns, whatsoever, to contact them. We received an emailed invoice as well as a mailed one. They even had someone come by the house to pick up our cheque. Very convenient, and again stressed that if we had any problems, to contact them. We are very pleased with this re-roofing job, and look forward to many happy, carefree years with our new roof.
