They forgot one of our drinks, gave us a freeze instead of a blended drink, we had ordered one of our drinks blended and got it iced. When we went back right after we pulled out, to get the missing drink, and I asked about my blended drink knowing that it was a freeze. They were kinda rude and did offer to remake my drink but it sounded like an inconvenience for them if they did.

Dutch Bros Yakima location is awesome! We recently moved to the area from the Tacoma, WA area and are still finding our go-to coffee stops. Everytime we have stopped at this location, everyone is super-friendly, answer our questions, and yes, make great coffee drinks. Ask them about making your drink "Mafia Style". It's worth it ;-) Highly recommended!
