First time trying this coffee. It was delicious! Very impressed. I thought it was way better than this other overpriced, overated coffee shop I will not name. I also thought it was so sweet that they left a note on my cup. Specially since I wasn't feeling that great.Food: 5/5
Love Dutch Bros! I wish there were locations on the east coast but until then every time I’m on the west coast I have to stop here! I absolutely love the iced coffee and dutch sodas. Some of my favorites are the electric berry dutch soda, iced golden eagle, and iced kicker. The staff is really nice and friendly which is surprising since how crazy busy this location is. I recommend coming up to the walk up window to place an order! It’s so much faster than waiting in the drive through line which can take 40/60min sometimes.
Drinks were extremely watered down and had no flavor. The lines were long, as everyone else is saying, but there didn’t seem any reason for it. We waited 50 minutes and there were only 10 cars in front of us. There were at least 11 people in the little drink-making room, where we picked up our drive thru order, most of whom weren’t doing anything but chit-chatting. I know that I’m going to be thanked by Dutch Bros for my review. Don’t bother. Please improve service and flavor instead. Perhaps the shift that made my drinks was an exception, but I’ll never find out because I’m never going back.
The Iced Cookie Dough Cold Brew is super delicious! There was a bit of a wait in the drive thru, but it's worth it. The employees were super friendly even with it being 5am.
Not gonna lie...the lines are long but it's sooooo good. So unless you have time to spare get your Durch Bros Coffee fix!! Mornings the lines aren't too bad but afternoon and of course after work is usually the worst. And weekends lol I always loved it in Vegas so I'm so excited they opened up one in my neck now the woods.
Asked for the Grand Canyon and the white chocolate annihilator and I received these .… both taste exactly the same, but do not taste like the drinks I actually ordered. I even asked gentleman to double check and he assured me my order was correct. Very disappointed
Customer service is always great! My boyfriend and I come here at least every two weeks. We decide to get the babies in the car and take a little trip. It’s a hit or miss on the wait time but they are fast ! I love their rebels ! I recently tried their picture perfect , a little TOO sweet for me .Recommended dishesCaramelizer, Passion Fruit
First time coming here. I wanted to know what the hype was about. I saw many of my friends posting on IG so I had to try it out. The wait was about 40 min but when I ordered I could see why people like coming here. The service is friendly & the prices are reasonable not like Starbucks. I definitely see myself coming back here to try other items from the menu. If someone knows when it's not busy please let me know, the coffee is delicious but the wait definitely makes you inpatient.
When I got in line to order at the walk-up window, there were about 7 people who had already ordered and were waiting for drinks, and 3 people in line ahead of me. After I ordered, it took 40 minutes for me to get my drink, and there were still people who had ordered ahead of me waiting for their drinks. While the drive thru was busy, it wasn’t busy enough for them to take that long to get drinks out. They fulfilled 1 order every 10 minutes for walk-up customers. As a former member of restaurant management, I question this locations management and their resource allegation and hyper focus on prioritizing drive-thru orders and ignoring walk-up orders. Don’t worry Dutch bros corporate, I’m still a very loyal customer, just never again at this location ;
Best coffee I ever tasted better than Starbucks and honestly way cheaper than Starbucks I hope they don't raise their pricesFood: 5/5
