I went to try their burger for Burger Week. It was really nice inside. I had the burger and it was pretty spicy. I liked it though. Later I met up with my friend and we talked, but he mostly did. They have nice bathrooms and a phone charging station.
Highly recommend the seafood chowder. There are huge chunks of fresh haddock, whole shrimp, and whole sea scallops. Perfect balance of sweet, creamy, buttery seafood yummy yummy in my tummy.
Had a great time here, good was great and quick service. Staff were friendly and felt comfortable there with covid rules being followed by all.
I believe it depended on what you ordered how satisfied you were with the meal. The BLT sandwich was not very satisfactory for two people who ordered it. I am guessing the other meals might have been better. When the music is playing I'd try to find a table closer to the entrance as it was a little bit loud to have a conversation.
Great house band on Saturday afternoons. Good service and good pub food.
