I run a hardscape business and this was my first time working with Duro Rock and it was a 10/10 experience. In this business you tend to deal with some pretty cranky vendors who aren't interested in building a relationship with their buyer. For Duro Rock this is not true... I dealt with Brad on the sales side of things who made the transaction and scheduling simple. The driver Jeff even gave a call on his way and let me know his ETA. He was very professional and one of the best clam operators I have dealt with. Look forward to doing more business with these guys!
Seem to have prompt and friendly service. I delivered here but I got to watch them handle a customer. Seemed like good customer service to me.
They are a great place to get hardscape supplies. The staff are friendly and helpful.
