This place is a scam. They "forgot" to cash my cheques, didnt tell me, and racked up hundreds in late fees. Months later i got a resiculous invoice and a message that my unit is now locked. I keep trying to pay them but they're never open when theyre supposed to be. Its 930 monday morning and i am out front looking at a closed sign even though they supposedly open at 9, this happened all last week, any time i came, office is closed. They want me to give them a credit card but i dont trust them. Take your stuff somewhere else, trust me.

Been with these guys for over 5 years and they are excellent, very accommodating and facilities are clean

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The couple running it are very nice and more than helpful when it comes to opening and closing of the unit. The idea of being able to access your unit 24hrs is great. No need to plan around storage hours!!!
