The definition of highway robbery. Towed my veichle after an accident. Was around 11:30 pm. 100 feet away from their shop. Charged me an "accident fee" of 250 bucks plus storage costs of 80 bucks a day. If i would have called a tow truck myself it would have cost me 80 dollars to have it dropped off in my yard. But they know if they have your stuff there is nothing you can do. I get veichles towed for work on a weekly basis. Very familar with the rates and responce times. He overcharges because insurance often covers the cost. Was given a slight discount when i said i dont have coverage on tows. Kicking people when theyre down. But police called them and i was in an ambulance so was never quote or agreed.
These guys were a life saver! My vehicle self locked with the keys in it while my toddler was in the car. They arrived in no time. I highly recommend their fast and efficient service. The gentleman that unlocked the door was also so great with my daughter as he knew she was quite scared. Thank you again so much!!
This is the loveliest experience I’ve ever had with a towing company! He was so wonderful and helpful - he spent two hours getting my friend and I out of the snow at 10:30 at night and was smiling and friendly the whole time. The pricing was also more than fair. 10/10 would recommend!!

Can not thank them enough, awesome speedy friendly service, with very reasonable pricing . I am from fredericton nb, and had to leave my car with them overnight. They went above and beyond to help get me up and going on the rd again, with a follow up call to make sure I arrived at destination with out anymore problems. Thank you dupuis towing.
