I loved Dunn Brothers Coffee for years and used to be a regular customer at this location. However, the attitudes of the employees are what made me lose interest in this coffee shop. The baristas are not as friendly as they used to be, and some of their behaviors are just unacceptable. During my recent visit, I was given a small beverage when I ordered a large beverage. The barista was clearly irritated with me when I informed her of this error, and the eye-rolling made me very uncomfortable. I was then asked to leave a tip. I cannot think of any other food establishments that actually ask for tips, especially after such bad service. I cannot see myself returning in the future. It really is a shame because this used to be my favorite coffee shop.
I went to Dunn Bros this week for the first time. I ordered a Chai and a gluten free breakfast sandwich. I looked online before I arrived and figured out what I wanted and the price of both should have been about $10 but I was charged $16. They wouldn't give me a receipt either. The breakfast sandwich was actually amazing, I am just disappointed in the chai and being over charged.
Home of the best Mocha Latees if you're into good coffee flavor. Order half Cafe if you're sensitive to caffeine. I buy their expresso beans for at home.
The baristas, & all staff, as well as the owner, are all super friendly, & provide excellent customer service. Coffee beans are roasted fresh on site, & they have the best tasting coffee! I have travelled past many a coffee shop, to get my coffee at Dunn Bros.
After a rough start to my morning, I swung through the drive through at this Dunn Bros to get my morning coffee, with cream and sugar of course. I received my order promptly, which was quite helpful on getting me to work on time, and upon tasting my coffee I was so pleasantly surprised to find that not only had they added the cream and sugar I requested, but they had also stirred it all in for me! This should be standard service at any coffee shop, but this time was honestly the first time I've received such service and such an absolutely delicious cup of coffee at any coffee shop. This Dunn Bros will definitely be receiving my delighted business often!! Thanks ladies!!
I will never go back to this Dunn Bros. location again. Ever since Covid, all of them changed their hours, they all close early. So, about 8 mos. ago; I looked on their website to see what time they closed. It was a Sunday, and I don't live close by, but I really wanted a coffee, so I drove 18 min 1 way, only to get there and see that they had not even been open on Sundays for awhile! The sign said that, and being frustrated, I called them on the Mon. Or Tuesday next to report all the effort I made to get there only to find they were closed! They didn't seem to care that their hours on their website didn't coincide with their actual open times. And, so now, yesterday, it happened again! Said close at 5 pm. I went to drive over again to see the sign on the window says closed at 12noon! Who does that! And their location hasn't made good coffee for a good price in 2 years. So, that is it! Done with this place!
The baristas at Dunn Brothers are always very nice and helpful. The coffee is great and though I don't usually relax there at the coffee shop the atmosphere seems very relaxing. And also it smells wonderful.
We walked in and immediately walked out beacuse this particular facility had a stale or compost smell. I couldn't smell the coffee. There was a lingering stench in the air I couldn't stand. Because of that I couldn't bring myself to buy the coffee either. I am not sure where the smell was coming from, possibly from the liquor store next door, I don't know. Overall I wouldn't visit this facility again.
I love Dunn Bros. But this one is rough. I ordered a bag of beans, where the bag was a little ripped and didn’t say what kind it was on it. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but it’s supposed to be a gift for someone. Then, I received a cup of luke warm watered down coffee. Very disappointed with this experience.
