Chip Dilla from williamsburg Brooklyn was on Campus today. He stopped by for dinner and a beer and Dunks and he loved the sports beer and burgers. When in Brooklyn you can find him and his crew at L'industrie and Cerveceria speak easy. Drop by and enjoy. The ambiance at Dunks awesome place
Order the French fries! We were in town with friends for the Dartmouth homecoming weekend. We stopped in Friday night. Busy, busy, busy. The staff was efficient and nice, especially for a busy night. Standing room only in the bar. We had 2 seats at the bar and enjoyed the fries, queso, and pretzels. And drinks! We decided to go back Saturday. My husband had the Philly cheese steak and said it was delicious. As a vegetarian, I had the fries again and a salad. Not many choices. *take note Dunks... switch out the falafel burger for black bean/quinoa. I would highly recommend a casual lunch/ dinner here.
For the high price, the food is a bit tired and wilted. $11 soup was dessert sweet. The fries were a salt lick. Don’t know what else to say.
Our server Olivia was great. Please tell her that the people for Nashville Tennessee said thank you so much again. We had a great time for homecomingFood: 5/5
They now bring fresh potato chips to your table. Really enjoy the Honey glazed hot wings.Food: 5/5
The food was exactly what you expect at a sports bar steps from a college campus. It was generous but nothing I'd go back for. They were understaffed on a Sunday night so we waited longer than I think normal. Two warnings: check the salt shaker BEFORE you add any to your meal; if you are a margarita drinker - they charge you to rim the glass in salt... one dollar pee glass.
Overall it was great, service great, I went with a party of four, Philly cheese steak was good the boys loved the wedge salad n wings.. Just bummed a little I'm big fan of fans... They were a bit over cooked shoestring kind they were super great and got me a fresh bowl... Bit better but still overcook ‍not a deal breaker everything else was good
We stopped in somewhat last minute after a long family hike with my in-laws party of 10 including six children ages 8-17 and were seated promptly having called ahead. The food was tasty, cooked to perfection, and hit the spot even for some of our pickiest palates. Adding to the experience, the service and atmosphere were superb! We will definitely be back, especially with football starting.
We had heard good things about this place but unfortunately our experience was 'meh' at best. We were ignored for the first 15 minutes of walking in, mind you, there were 4 people currently in the place so it wasn't busy. Ultimately ended up having to ask the manager who was sitting nearby if anyone was working in our section. Not sure if we caught the place on a shift change or what, but wasn't a good first impression.
Only place in town with affordable burger and they give you plenty of fries.
