Went to Dunkin DONUTS for some DONUTS, but they only had a few varieties in stock at 11am on Saturday. How you not have DONUTS at Dunking DONUTS?!
Asked for a medium iced with 1 cream only. Came out looking like milk with a little coffee. I didn't bother asking them to redo it.
A different Dunkin made my drink without the syrup, so I stopped at this location to see if they could just add a couple pumps to my drink. They made me a whole new drink and would not let me pay. Very, very kind of them.
Whoever runs this place decided one employee was enough. Had to wait behind someone else that was waiting who knows how long because the employee was in the bathroom. Understandable, we all have to use the bathroom at some point, so it's not really his fault. But it's the fault of whoever made the stupid decision to have a single employee.
Who doesn't love DD, this one is West Concord was really clean and not too overly busy when I was there earlier today. Margie, is their best employee.

A coffee order messed up not their fault the machine called and they were very nice about it. Immediately asked me to come back to rectify but couldn’t make it till the next day. They gladly gave me a free cup ! Every employee there is kind , friendly and attentive at this Dunkin Donuts
Always out of things and not consistent with drinks. This place used to be really good with the old manager and staff, I haven't seen them recently
Worst dunks I've been to. Honestly, worst chain "restaurant" I've ever been to. I live within a 5 minute walk of this store and used to mobile order the same thing every weekday. Without fail, something is made wrong everyday, most often my coffee, sometimes my sandwich. Just a hazelnut swirl with cream, not complicated. Not to mention it is literally printed on the sticker on the cup, but they either put in the shot instead of swirl or nothing at all. Today I went back after 4 weeks of Starbucks. I changed things up to make it easier for them. Just a strawberry refresher, mobile ordered. Got there, took the drink from the rack, took a sip and it was peach. When I told them it isn't what I ordered, they told me they were out of strawberry so they made that. What if I was allergic? I asked them just to make my hazelnut swirl with cream instead and guess what. They made it wrong. Never again.
Nice and clean, and short lines. I would've given 5 stars, but the person who served me was a bit rude and seemed like she didn't want me there.
