I've been here multiple times but my recent experience left me with an awful taste in my mouth literally that I'll never return. I went a month ago and received a chai latte and the chai was old so it tasted awful and smelled disgusting. Chai should be changed out every day. I called up corporate because I couldn't reach the store and they said I would receive a call from the store which I never did, so this is why I am writing this review. Honestly, I should not be surprised that the chai was spoiled because this location seems to be understaffed. That's beside the point of this review. Please just change your chai and try to follow up with the customers - it makes good customer service.
i placed a mobile order and walked in about 5 minutes later and it was ready. i didn't know that there was a separate counter for the mobile orders but the girl at the front counter told me. they have a huge parking lot here and a drive thru as well. i'll be stopping by again for some quick breakfast if i'm in the area.
Last time we came here the server got out drinks completely wrong. I ordered a liced mocha latte with 2 shots of express 3 shots blueberry and 2 shots raspberry. It tasted like a iced latte with no Expresso. I had a horrible morning until I stopped for a energy drink. Pretty sure they gave me decaf. Never going backFood: 1/5
Usually a long line but moves quickly, very friendly staff, got donuts, drink, and avocado toast for 9$ which I think is a good deal. Munchkin donut holes sold in 5s
We stopped in to have coffee and donuts around 3 pm. They only had 5 different types to choose from and the service was slow. We walked out and went somewhere else. Sorry for the bad review but that's what happened Food: 2/5
Came early in the morning and the staff had incredible energy which was so refreshing. Dunkin’ will now be our go-to coffee/quick breakfast spot. Thanks Dunkin’ team for being so sweet and beyond professional!
Very unorganized location. Couldn’t even tell what donuts they had. Shelves/baskets were empty. Seems this isn’t a donut place, mostly breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Not impressed for my first time being to a Dunkin Donuts.
Went around 8 p.m. on a Wednesday and ordered a dozen donuts and got home and they weren't fresh, all of them were almost hard...! Hopefully next time they're fresh?Food: 4/5
