I frequent this location as it is close to my job, and it usually is an ok experience. A few times though, especially today its been a miss. Sometimes it is hard to keep up with what people want, but today I was the only person in line and asked for an iced caramel latte with oat milk and 2 sweet n low, my usual order. At times they have forgotten to add I need oatmilk, so I’ve had to completely discard drinks at times. Today, they decided instead of making me the drink I wanted to slap my sticker over what was really an iced Caramel Coffee. Just very frustrating seriously and I didn’t drink this either. Wasting so much money here has been disappointing. Attached is a photo from after I took MY sticker off the drink.
Highly disappointed in todays visit. As seen on the receipt, my drink was to have whipped cream on it and that was clearly neglected. And there’s absolutely no excuse for this as the cashier charged me .30cents first time ever - which is fine just unaware of this for a pup cup OF literal WHIPPED CREAM yet still could not execute getting it on my drink. No long line or anything, just lack of paying attention.
Stopped at Tailgaters for a specific bourbon. Rare Breed. They had it and at Michigan minimum price. Good selection. Usually fair prices. Slightly weird getting a bourbon and donut holes for my wife! Parking: Right out front. A strip shopping experience.
Placed an order online, went to pick it up and the store was apparently out of every donut... Even though the app said the ones I selected were available
You need an cup of coffee they got them hot cold frozen. You need something else to drink they have tea and other things. They have a variety of donuts really good.
This is a great location, the people that work the drive through are very friendly and efficient. I never worry about an order being wrong here, everything is always how you order it.
The morning staff is the best. They recognize my order and always make it great. Sometimes they write cute nice things on my cups
I found this little gem because I have a contract that I'm working out there and let me say this is the best donuts I've ever had in my life I've never had Dunkin Donuts taste this great I'm so sad that they don't live near me but as long as I'm at this contract out here in Okemos I'm definitely stopping beautiful ladies beautiful smile great service
One of the best stops on the interstate! Large and open floor plan with a Dunkin Donuts counter right next to the gas station, convenience counter. The seating area is what really makes it over the top! A lounge is located around the corner from the rest of the store, so it is a little quieter and relaxing. A great place to take a break from the road, or eat your just purchased snacks. I have to meet other drivers out on the road sometimes for work. This place has become our favorite place place to meet!
Great staff, clean restrooms. Short stop for breakfast and able to get some work emails out.Food: 5/5
