Young lady at the drive-thru is Hannie, can't say enough good things about her! 5 Stars isn't enough! No Dunkin in the surrounding area can make an iced coffee as good as this location. The Staff is super friendly, especially the young lady working the drive-thru she is so incredibly friendly and you can tell really cares about her job and the customers!
Outrageously incorrect orders. Check. Unpleasant staff experiences. Check. Have been here dozens of times and while there have been good occasions, correct orders, and nice banter with staff, there has been enough inconsistency and enough extremely disappointing moments to really highlight the negatives of this location. There is another one near the entrance to SR-2 W on Linwood Ave. Check them out.
Definitely my Favorite Dunkin employees are always very nice and cheery, food is quick and my new favorite drink is always made right !Food: 5/5
The beverages are always great unlike other dunkin that serve water down coffee. Kudos to the crew for great customer service and for always serving the best coffee in town.
Easy access to highway and very quick service. So easy to get to work when you are running on Dunkin.
Drive through was speedy,our order was big, but why write the order on the cup if you out cream in a black coffee?
I always have a problem with my order when I come to this Dunkin. It's always rushed. Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich - the croissant was pale looked like it was pulled from the freezer and just slightly toasted, the bacon still rubbery, and overall it just tasted disgusting. This location needs to take some pointers from the drive-thru on Linwood Ave who ALWAYS do a great job with my orders.
Coffee is always a 50/50 at this location- kind of disappointing compared to other Dukin's.Food: 3/5
Cashier was somewhat rude to me for no reason. I asked her how she was doing, she said good but didn’t return the question. The couple behind me was next to order. They also asked her how she was doing. She said good, then asked them how they were doing. Nice conversation. As they were leaving to get their order she said, “if I don’t see you, have a nice Easter”. Yes, I judge cashiers on how well they treat customers. Don’t work in customer service jobs if you don’t treat all customers the same. This location seriously needs to revamp their customer service attitudes
Drive-thru only at this time. A very busy place and sometimes it's hard to get it and out because traffic is busy.
