They messed up my order more than once and refused to issue a refund to me because they said I paid for what was "on" the receipt when I in fact did NOT receive the correct food twice!!!!!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!
I received a free beverage. I went to the 2244 Downer street location, thru the drive-thru, at 4:43pm on Memorial Day, May 31, 2021. I started my order saying I want a large Frozen Chai Latte. I was asked if I wanted it sweetened or unsweetened vanilla, which confused me, frozen chai comes sweetened. The below picture is Not a frozen chai latte. I parked and went inside to say this was not a frozen chai. I was told both girls heard 'iced. The girl who took my order gave attitude. I also did not receive a receipt. I will not be returning to this location again.
Continuesly giving me the wrong orders, always missing items I ordered. Never making the drinks right and waiting 20 minutes at a time in the drive thru. Then getting an attitude from most of the staff, also they never answer the phone when you call to talk to a manager. This dunkin is by far the worst one around.
Today, at 11:30 we stopped after my 2 daughter’s practice and spent over $20. We were cashed out by a young brunette, “Ashley” on my receipt, rude and mean. I don’t understand how you could pay someone like that $16 per hr and she treats customers like she hates them, she was probably the rudest person I’ve ever had interact with us, it was not busy. I asked for cream and sweet n low so I could add it to my coffee, she didn’t ask me what I wanted in it when I ordered it, and that’s fine, but don’t get huffy snd roll your eyes when I ask for cream and sugar! How…HOW could you let someone like this serve people? We were the only ones in there, it’s not like she was busy. I ordered a dark roast and it was cold, so I said, this is cold, so I’ll just have regular coffee if it’s hot. She rolled her eyes at me again, first time was when I asked for the receipt. Then she put several things in one small little bag, my daughter grabbed it, so I thought I was still waiting on my breakfast sandwich. She gave me an evil eye and said, ,”do you need anything else”, uh. No…it would’ve been nice if she kindly said she smashed a donut, bagel w cream cheese snd breakfast sandwich in that tiny bag, but she just put it on the gate, she obviously hates people and should either be trained on how to treat customers, or find a job digging ditches or something where she doesn’t ruin people’s day with her attitude and rotten demeanor.
From coffee to donuts, walk in to walk out, you can count on this store to have your order right and ready to go in record time compared to other coffee shops. The only complaint I have is that the coffee tastes a little weak. However, that could have been a bad batch. All in all, they have amazing customer service and always help to make your morning exceptional. Thank you for your work.
This is my mothers experience. The man that was working Sept. 6, 2020 at 4:00pm was very rude. She asked if he could melt the cheese on her croissant and he told her that he couldn't do that. We dont do those things here. Which is not true beause in our hometown location, they do. As a frequent traveler and lover of DD coffee. I am very disappointed with this man's customer service. Shame on him!
Every single time we go to this particular establishment they always mess up our order, today they were out of more than half of their donut stock, the other day they gave us our coffee and as soon as we received it the coffee spilled cuz the top wasn't on tight enough, theyre out of the butter pecan flavour and dont seem to restock it ever. The coffee always tastes waterd down to the point where it no longer tastes like coffee. I've never had a pleasant experience at this one location.
Staff was nice and attentive but they were out of two main deli meats mid day on a Saturday.
