Sometimes I really love Dunkin, but this last visit wasn't great. I arrived home to find I was missing one of my items, but my girls still got to enjoy their donuts. My latte was really bland this visit, too. I wish there was a way to guarantee more consistency when purchasing a drink. I'll probably stick with my locally owned coffee and donut shops from now on.
I love the last 2 Dunkin's I've been in. This one was phenomenal from the young man taking our order, to the person making our order, to the person handling our order to us. Everyone was kind, smiling, and on a whim I asked that the young man taking our order to decide how much caramel chocolate syrup to put in my coffee. He suggested 2 shots... BOY was he right!! All of it was delish!! My daughter had a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with a medium frozen caramel coffee. I had two mini everything bagels that were stuffed with cream cheese and a medium chocolate caramel hot coffee.
I used to come to this location all the time for breakfast and they were great. I work down the road so it's convenient for me. That last couple of months have been horrible. I came this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I was the only person in the drive thru and it took 30 minutes. The two people at the window, a blonde girl and a guy with pink bangs, were standing around doing nothing and forgot that I was even there. The guy with pink band opened the window and said 'oops. Here. No apology. No have a nice day. Just a blunt 'here'. Him and the blond girl proceeded to laugh about it. They don't care at all. Completely unacceptable. They both looked very unprofessional as well. Covered in piercings and tattoos, and the guy look unclean. Hire some better people!! This is ridiculous!!
If I could give this business a 0 I would. Went through the drive through at 6:55pm to grab my kids a couple of donuts after a soccer game they closed at 7.The girl proceeded to tell me they had no donuts; I was slightly irritated and made a comment about how they shouldn’t have been thrown out before they closed. After some flippant remark from her, I simply drove away. The young blonde worker proceeded to give me the finger while leaning out the drive through window as I drove away. Unacceptable. She should be fired. If my daughter ever behaved that way, I’d be appalled: Typical young brat.
The people were very nice.. They have this taco and if you look at the advertisement it looks very different than how it looks when you get it.. You only have a spoonful of product inside which is disappointing seeing that it's not cheap.Food: 2/5
Slow drive-thru, I had to repeat my basic order many times and they still got it wrong two different ways so I still had to go back in, and the coffee was way too hot. The carrot cake muffin was delicious though.Food: 4/5
Update: Service was much better and coffee was good. Service was slow and rude. Coffee tasted burnt and when I asked for a new cup they said I'd have to pay for it even though I took 1 sip. Avoid DDFood: 4/5
On a Sunday morning at 8:45 AM, I found the front door locked and unable to walk in and pick-up my app order. Then found 14 cars ahead of me in the drive-through line, wrapped around the building. After four attempts to call the store without an answer, I was told the front door was locked because they were understaffed. When I finally got my order, 45 minutes after making it, my sandwich was cold and the coffee lukewarm. I know this is because of understaffing, which is in issue everywhere in 2021, but even the Google maps said it was “less busy as usual today.“
I get some lack staffing. Why your lobby isn’t open for mobile order pick up and you allow your drive thru to be this busy is insane. Absolutely no excuses. If you can’t prevent this don’t open your doors. Period. Probably 20 cars from pick up widow all the way blocking the subway pick up windows now. Inexcusable.
