Dunkin'

The place looks a little worn. Was going to order more than just a coffee but opted out for a lighter option. For having a 6 car line on arrival they move amazingly fast. The Gingerbread Latte with Oatmilk was great! Good start to what is going to be a lazy week.

I usually go into the store to smell fresh coffee and donuts. I generally do not like drive throughs. But there was no line. I was "greeted" with a sullen "Dunkin". I know it was 3:22 on new years eve and it closed at 4. The employee said there were no donuts left. When I pulled around the store to leave, I saw several trash bags outside that looked like it was donuts. I hope I never see that worker again. She is not the dunkin that I am used to.

Dunkin is the bomb! Quick service, very reasonable prices, cheaper and tastier than Starbucks, and less packed. Their app is also killer. Great offers and free rewards program

Disgusting, dirty store with hardly any donuts, rude employees texting on their phones and ignoring customers and my drink was so awful I threw it away after I left. This is why people pay extra at Starbucks. How am I saving money if I can't even enjoy the drink I paid for?? Go anywhere else but here.

I finally tried the avocado toast. It was delicious! The staff was pleasant and my drive-thru experience was quick! I did order via mobile app and it is wonderful!

Worst customer service I've ever had. From the speaker to the window. Just flat out rude. If your employees don't want their jobs, i am sure there are people who do and will do it without getting an attitude about getting busy or having to come in from their cigarette break to help their coworkers. I'm sure you will find someone who wants to work without shooting ugly looks to customers in the drive thru because their break was shortened I guess they forgot who pays their bills. If a customer says thank you, the proper response is you're welcome. Not slamming the window with a twisted up face that only a mother could love. The evening crew definitely needs to be talked to about being under pressure and how to respond correctly. Unprofessional.

I wish I can put 0 starts the customer service here is trashhhhhhh. The employees all got issues and hate their jobs and probably their lives Also they gang up and talk about the customer while they’re sitting at the drive thru. So unprofessional and nasty

Review for drinks only, not food: I’ve started going here for coffee because Starbucks has become unrealistic price wise. Why spend $7 on a venti coffee at Starbucks when I can get an equally good coffee here for half the price? And Dunkin also has refreshers which I loved getting at SB that taste just as good as SB for, again, half the price. Update: the service here is just about as bad as you can get. The employees do not care and they’re extremely rude. They made my drink incorrectly and when I asked them kindly to remake it, they said “We’re not supposed to do that. It’s not our problem.” It’s LITERALLY your problem. You made the drink wrong. Don’t expect good service here.
